Prior to joining UGI, Ted Labbe conducted various ‘water typing’ and fish passage assessments working with several watershed councils, Native Fish Society and Wild Fish Conservancy. In 2018, UGI developed a briefing paper on water typing and its challenges for Oregon Stream Protection Coalition. More recently, UGI developed a second briefing paper focused on water typing on Oregon forestlands. UGI is presently evaluating opportunities to develop these initiatives into an ongoing program.
